I’m struggling to find the developer’s information about the API, or up to date detailed information about exactly what data can be pulled out of LinkedIn via the API – any advice? Oh, and hello Raj!

If linkedin is going to the next stage (ie like Facebook and Twitter) they really need provide the following:

1) API model – REST being the best approach
2) Document and allow this model to be public

I look forward to seeing what happens as I have an idea ready to go.

Have tried to contact the LinkedIn team twice to obtain more information about their implementation of OpenSocial and access to API. No reply whatsoever.

It’s a shame as the all idea is to add LinkedIn support into “My Hub”, the first social address book application for the iPhone

I found that LinkedIn is a OpenSocial container from the opensocial wiki page. But I am not able to find any documentation on how to pull-in data from LinkedIn using OpenSocial. Is it still not public?

Hi guys,
Wanted to integrated Linkedin API in one of my applications. I want to fetch user’s public profile details using his linkedIn username. But I am not able to find any documentation or sample to get this thing done. Can you please help me with this.
