It’s become a time honored tradition at LinkedIn to decorate our office spaces with all the creativity and inspiration we can muster. In this year’s “Space Lift” competition, 204 teams from 18 offices around the world participated. The “lifted” spaces are shining examples of our culture of collaboration, humor and transformation. Here’s how it went down for our employees:

  • Signed up as an individual or a team to get some budget

  • Picked a theme, from “A Musical Journey” to “In the Clouds”

  • Lifted their spaces

  • Voted for the best in each category, from “Funniest” to “Most Transformed”
